As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) at Trinity Health at Home and Mercy Home Health, you’ll deliver one-on-one, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of one (1) year of professional nursing experience
