Working Every Other Weekend as a Staff Nurse in Brodsky Suites (Stepdown/Tele) will offer you the experience of collaborating with an interdisciplinary team within the 8 bed unit. Your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for the Stepdown/PCU/Telemetry patient population. The Brodsky Suites were designed with the guests comfort in mind, offering a refined and intimate atmosphere. With the finest in personal amenities, stylish living and dining areas, elegant bathrooms, and personalized concierge services, the Brodsky Suites provide an inviting space for the patients' privacy and well-being.

You are encouraged to attend MLH Education & Development Classes that offer a variety of relevant courses, tools, and resources to help achieve your personal and professional goals. On-going feedback and career development are provided by your Manager through the use of performance appraisals and 1:1 communication to further develop yourself professionally.

Become engaged by joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.

Shift
Every Other Weekend, Saturday and Sunday, Day Shift (7am-7:30pm); Additional hours availablew for pick-up if desired.
Experience
One year+ of recent Stepdown/PCU/Progressive Care Nurse experience required.
Education
RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred.
Licensures/Certifications
