Hello Everyone!

With much gratitude, I am humbled by all  that you do and your drive for excellence. Your work keeps the AACN's mission ALIVE!  Keep reminding yourselves of your Why!!

Here’s a quick pre-holiday update:

• NTI Registration and Housing are Both Open! Go to aacn.org/nti

• Chapter Leadership Development Workshop at NTI is open for registration to all members. Pre-conference PC125 on Sunday, 5/20.

• NTI SCHOLARSHIPS!!Post this to your sites! Let everyone know to apply! Deadline is 12/8/17.

• Keep your websites and Facebook up-to-date so members can you find you.  I also like to see pictures and know what your successes are as well..

• Touch base with all board members; revisit the strategic plan; be open to change. 

• Be Inclusive, be transparent, use the Healthy Work Environment Standardsto guide you.

• Take time and find someone to introduce into the chapter, mentor a new leader, the possibilities are endless.

•  Lastly, take time for yourself—— you are amazing!
